Every 24 hours The Midnight Gallery reveals a new drawing prompt. You get one attempt to sketch it — no undo, no erase, no restarting. When you tap submit, your drawing is locked in and published to the gallery. That’s it. One prompt, one shot per day. It removes the perfectionism paralysis that kills most daily drawing habits.
What are daily drawing prompts?+
Daily drawing prompts are short themes given to you once per day to remove the blank-canvas problem. The Midnight Gallery sends a new prompt every 24 hours so the daily sketch habit is automatic.
Is The Midnight Gallery good for a daily sketch habit?+
Yes — the whole app is built around one daily sketch per user. You get one prompt, one drawing, no undo, and your sketch publishes to the community gallery automatically at midnight.
Can I do a 30 day drawing challenge inside the app?+
Yes. The app already produces a new daily drawing prompt every day, so the 30 day drawing challenge is simply your first 30 days. After that your streak keeps climbing.
What if I don’t know what to draw?+
You never have to decide — the daily prompt does it for you. If you want more ideas outside the daily drop, browse the archive by category or by vibe (cozy, spooky, sci-fi, minimalist, cute, surreal), or spin the random drawing prompt generator.
Is the daily drawing challenge free?+
Yes. The Midnight Gallery is free on the App Store and Google Play. Daily prompts, the public gallery and streak tracking are all free.
