By using the application, you agree to these terms of service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

The app offers a unique drawing theme every day. You have one attempt to draw. Your drawing is published automatically and visible to the community.

3. Content ownership

You retain intellectual property ownership of your drawings. By publishing them through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display them within the platform. You may not publish content for which you do not hold the rights. We reserve the right to remove any content in case of a legitimate claim.

4. Zero tolerance — Abusive or inappropriate content

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards any abusive, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content. Any drawing or behavior violating this rule will result in the immediate removal of the content and may lead to the suspension or permanent deletion of the account without prior notice.

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, particularly in cases of inappropriate content, harassment, or any activity harmful to the community. Termination may occur without prior notice. You may also request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and disclaim any liability for data loss.
