All content of The Midnight Gallery application — including the name, logo, design, source code, and graphic elements — is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of its creators.

2. User content

Each user retains full intellectual property ownership of their drawings. By publishing a drawing through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the platform. You may not publish content for which you do not hold the rights.

3. Prohibited use

It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the application without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use constitutes a copyright infringement.
